Name: Joe Kvidera Age: 48 Occupation: Turning Point Events Coordinator Woodstock, IL I've worn a beard with only the briefest of interruptions since I was a sophomore in high school, but I am SHAVING IT OFF and growing it all over again BeCAUSE working at Turning Point I see the damage inflicted by Domestic Violence ever day. I know that this sacrifice is TINY compared to what these victims go through and I want to raise lots of money so that Turning Point can continue to Confront Violence Against Women & Children in McHenry County!

I feel it is important for men to be involved in this issue of Domestic Violence. Everyone needs to work together to make sure that home is a place for family and love and not a place to be scared or hurt.

Name: John Wright (Algonquin) Age: Occupation: Woodstock, IL I am an avid supporter of Turning Point having been an auction item in the recent fundraiser as well as a frequent volunteer out at the offices on route 14 heading up the work crews from Light of Christ Lutheran Church, keeping the place looking sharp. I vow to keep the bushes at TP trimmed and tidy, and also promise not to shave 'til it's over BeCAUSE I know what a serious problem this is.
